Refund Policy

There are various digital goods and services in this online game, and the refund conditions for each are explained below.

• VIP Membership: If the remaining time on the VIP membership is more than one month, the amount will be refunded proportionally based on a one-month VIP membership. If the remaining time is less than thirty days, no refund will be issued.
• Honorary Membership: The amount paid for honorary membership can be refunded after deducting the cost of one month of vip membership. This amount is non-refundable after one month from the payment date.
• Normal Double XP: The amount paid for regular double xp is non-refundable.
• Stable Double Points: The amount paid for stable double xp is non-refundable.
• Coins: The amount paid for purchasing coins is only refundable if the total is more than 5,000 Toman. (The amount related to used coins is non-refundable.)
• Donation Payments: If a user accidentally makes a donation payment, it is refundable up to 5 days if the amount is more than 5,000 Toman.
• The amount paid for creating a Republic is refundable up to one week with a 20% deduction. It is non-refundable after one week.
