Refund Policy

There are different kinds of digital products and services in OnlineTroefcall. We describe the refund policy of each of them below

- Vip membership: We can refund the money based on the remained days of the Vip membership if it is more than 30 days.
- Honorary membership: We can refund the money only before 30 days of the payment date.
- Double score: They are non-refundable.
- Coins: Only refundable if the price of total remained coins is more than $5.
- Donations: If you donate to us mistakenly, we can refund it if it is more than $5 and only before 5 days of the donation date.
- Creating a Republic: Only 80% of the cost is refundable only before one week.
